As our Global Human Resource Officer, Lionel utilizes his extensive expertise as a Fellow of the International Criminal Justice (FICJ), the International Institute of Professional Security (FIIPS), the Emergency and Security Management Institute (FESMI), and the Distinguished Fellow of the International Leadership and Management Development (DFILMND). His multifaceted background uniquely positions him to oversee Boma Consult’s human resource strategies across diverse regions, ensuring that our teams are empowered, aligned, and equipped to drive global success. Dr. Molade Sarumi is an accomplished medical professional and compliance expert with a distinguished career in both healthcare and management. As our Chief Compliance Officer (Management), she brings her extensive experience as a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP) and the Infectious Diseases Society of America (FIDSA) to ensure that Boma Consult operates with the highest standards of integrity and compliance. Dr. Sarumi's deep understanding of regulatory environments and her commitment to ethical practices play a critical role in maintaining the trust and safety of our clients. Her leadership in compliance ensures that our management operations not only meet but exceed industry standards, empowering businesses in Nigeria and the USA to operate with confidence and accountability.

Ms. Blessing Douglas is a seasoned business leader and entrepreneur known for her expertise in Nonprofit Management, Community Development, Consulting Mental Health Advocacy and Business Development. She efficiently oversees subsidiary brands under Boma Group of Companies, demonstrating a result oriented approach and an ability to navigate challenging market conditions. Her entrepreneurial prowess has garnered accolades and recognitions on four continents, reflecting her global impact and influence. These accolades serve as a testament to her commitment to excellence and innovation. Ms. Blessing’s dedication to continuous learning and professional development is evident in her impressive array of certifications across her multiple areas of expertise. These certifications signify her unwavering commitment to staying at the forefront of industry standards and practices. Ms. Blessing’s commitment to empowering the most vulnerable in communities is evident through her work at Boma Prize for Africa Foundation (501c3), Douglas Kintsukuroi Foundation for Mental Health in Nigeria, and her book publication “of love and Bruises” which sheds light on the African Culture of Abuse. The book encourages parents and guardians to break the cycle of abuse and be present intentional parents. When Blessing is not in the field working or developing projects, she’s leaving her footprints across continents, advocating for women and children, networking, making magic in the Kitchen, spending time with her daughter Atarah and creating beautiful memories.
